I needed to bake, but still don't have the graham crackers to finish the cheesecake I have mixed and ready (minus the oven and subsequent refrigeration) for family. Hoping to remember to get that in the morning. So, this was "cobbled" from what I had and a three or four recipes and the aide of kitchen ghost *smile*

This would rock with fresh whipped cream... alas, it rocks well on it's own.

Not very pretty, but tasty oreo truffles. 1 bag double stuf oreos + 8 oz. cream cheese + melted chocolate + refrigeration. DELICIOUSNESS.
